What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design. For clients with multiple designs or repeat orders, we can discuss flexible arrangements. Contact us to discuss your specific project requirements.
How long does it take to get a sample?
Standard sample development takes 10-15 business days after artwork approval and sample fee payment. Complex characters with intricate details may require additional time. We provide a clear timeline at the quoting stage.
What files do I need to submit for a quote?
Ideally, provide vector artwork (AI or PDF), reference images from multiple angles, color codes (Pantone or hex), and your target size and quantity. We can work with rough sketches or mood boards if you're in early development.
Can you help with EN71 / CE / ASTM safety testing?
Yes. We advise on which tests are required for your target market and coordinate with accredited third-party labs (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek). Testing costs are separate and depend on the certification scope.
Do you sign NDAs to protect my character designs?
Absolutely. We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before reviewing any proprietary artwork or character files. IP protection is a standard part of our onboarding process.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM means you provide the complete design and we manufacture to your specifications. ODM means we design the product based on your brief and you sell it under your brand. We offer both services with full private labeling.
Can you match specific Pantone colors for fabrics and embroidery?
Yes. We work with suppliers who stock a wide range of Pantone-matched fabrics and embroidery threads. For custom colors, we can source or dye materials to match your brand standards.
What packaging options are available?
We offer polybag, OPP bag with header card, window box, gift box, retail hang packaging, and FBA-ready master cartons. Custom printed packaging is available with a minimum order on packaging materials.
How do you ensure bulk quality matches the approved sample?
We use the approved sample as the production reference standard. In-line QC checks occur at cutting, sewing, stuffing, and finishing. A final 100% visual inspection is conducted before packing, and a full QC report is issued with every shipment.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% typical deposit to begin sample development or production, with the balance due before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer. Specific terms are confirmed in the formal quotation.
