Payment Structure

Payment & Production Milestones

Our payment schedule is tied to production milestones, giving you full visibility and control. T/T bank transfer is preferred for bulk orders; PayPal may be used for sample fees only.

Sample Fee -- Before Sampling Starts

A one-time sample fee is charged upfront to cover pattern making and materials. The sample fee can be credited or deducted from your bulk order once production is confirmed. If the project does not move to bulk production, the sample fee is normally non-refundable unless agreed in writing.

30% Deposit -- After Sample Approval

Once you approve the sample and sign off the production order, a 30% deposit is typically required to secure your production slot and begin material procurement. Some complex, urgent, or special-material projects may require 30-50% deposit as confirmed in the quotation.

Balance Payment -- Before Shipment

The remaining balance is due after QC inspection is passed and final photos are shared. Goods are released for shipment once full payment is confirmed.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

How long does sampling take?
Standard sampling takes 10-15 business days from artwork confirmation. Complex characters with multiple fabrics or accessories may take slightly longer. Rush sampling is available on request. Learn more at our Artwork-to-Sample page.
Do you protect my IP and character designs?
Yes. We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any design work begins. Your artwork, patterns, and character files are never shared with third parties. We are an Disney FAMA-authorized factory, which requires strict IP handling procedures.
Can you handle CE / EN71 and ASTM testing?
Yes. We coordinate testing with accredited third-party labs (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) and can advise on which standard applies to your target market. Testing costs are quoted separately. Visit our Quality Control Process page for details.
What if the bulk production doesn't match the approved sample?
We conduct in-line checks at key stages, 100% final visual inspection, and provide a final QC report before shipment. If any units do not meet the approved sample standard, we resolve the issue before releasing goods. You receive photo documentation of the inspection before balance payment is requested.
Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA warehouses?
Yes. We handle FBA-compliant packaging, FNSKU barcode labelling, carton marking, and coordinate direct shipment to Amazon fulfilment centres in the US, EU, UK, and Australia.
