Artwork & Reference Files — What to Upload

The more detail you share, the more accurate your quote and sample will be. Any of the following are welcome:

  • Artwork / Illustration (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG)
  • Rough sketch or hand-drawn concept
  • Reference photo or similar product
  • Character guide / brand style guide
  • Physical sample (can be couriered to us)
  • Pantone / color codes for accuracy

Absolutely. Many of our projects start with nothing more than a rough sketch, a mood board, or a verbal description. Our in-house team of 15+ pattern makers and designers can help translate early-stage concepts into a production-ready design. Simply describe what you have in mind — the more detail the better — and we'll guide you through the development process step by step.
Sample fees vary based on the complexity of the character, number of colours, embroidery details, and required materials. A detailed sample fee will be included in your formal quote. In most cases, the sample fee is fully deductible from your bulk order payment once you place a production order above the agreed MOQ. We'll confirm the exact terms in your quote document.
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design. For projects with multiple designs in one order, each design should meet the 500-piece minimum. If your quantities are lower, please still reach out — we evaluate all requests individually and can sometimes accommodate smaller trial orders for returning clients or strategic partnerships.
Confidentiality is a top priority for us. All project files, artwork, and design details are treated as strictly confidential. We can sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any design exchange — simply request this in your message. Our factory does not reproduce client designs for third parties, and our team members are bound by internal IP protection policies.
We have experience supporting compliance for major international markets including EN71 / CE (Europe), ASTM F963 (USA), CPSC / CPSIA (USA), and AS/NZS (Australia & New Zealand). We work with accredited third-party testing labs and can advise on which tests are required for your product type, age range, and target market. Testing costs are quoted separately and transparently.
