Stuffing Control

Assembly Check
Facial feature placement, accessory attachment pull-force tests, and limb symmetry confirmed. Safety eyes and noses tested to EN71/ASTM standards.

100% Visual Inspection
Every finished unit individually reviewed by trained QC staff against the golden sample for appearance, shape, color, and overall presentation.

No Sampling Shortcuts
What "100% Visual Inspection" Actually Means
Many factories rely on AQL sampling -- inspecting a statistical subset and accepting acceptable defect rates. At Mavo Toys, we inspect every single finished unit before it reaches the packaging line. No exceptions.
Dedicated QC Staff, Not Line Workers
Our inspection team is separate from production. Each inspector is trained to compare finished units directly against the locked golden sample -- not from memory.
Defect Tagging & Rework Loop
Any unit that fails inspection is tagged, removed from the production flow, and either reworked or rejected. Reworked units are re-inspected before re-entering the pass queue.
Photo Documentation Available
We photograph representative units during and after inspection. These images are included in the final QC report sent to you before shipment confirmation.
The Reference Standard
The Golden Sample: Your Single Source of Truth
Before bulk production begins, we create and lock a buyer-approved golden sample. This physical reference unit defines every measurable and visual attribute of your product -- and nothing ships unless it matches.
Color & Fabric Specs
Pantone references, fabric swatches, and pile direction locked and stored alongside the golden unit.
Dimensional Tolerances
Height, width, limb length, and head circumference with defined ±tolerance ranges for bulk QC measurement.
Feature Placement Map
Eyes, nose, mouth, and embroidery positions documented with measurement coordinates from defined reference points.
Buyer Sign-Off Required
Production cannot start until the buyer confirms the golden sample in writing. No ambiguity, no assumptions.
The golden sample is retained at our factory for the full production lifecycle and for any future reorder reference -- ensuring sample-to-bulk consistency across batches.

Final QC Report -- Included With Every Order
Before we request shipment approval, you receive a structured Final QC Report. This document gives you full visibility into the inspection outcome -- not just a verbal "everything passed."
Order & Inspection Summary
Order number, production quantity, inspection date, inspector name, and overall pass/fail status clearly stated at the top.
Checklist Results by Category
Each inspection category (stitching, stuffing, dimensions, color, features, accessories, packaging) listed with pass/fail and defect count if applicable.
Measurement Data Table
Actual measurements from sampled units compared against golden sample tolerances. Deviations flagged and documented with corrective action taken.
Photo Evidence
Photographs of representative units, packaging, labels, and any noted defects. Visual proof you can share with your own team or compliance department.
Shipment Authorization
Goods only ship after you review the report and provide written shipment approval. You stay in control of the release decision.

We have nothing to hide. If your procurement policy requires an independent inspection agent, or if you simply want extra assurance on a large order, we fully support third-party access to our factory and production line.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Schedule a PSI through SGS, Bureau Veritas, QIMA, or your own agent. We coordinate access and provide the golden sample for reference.
During Production Audit
Arrange a mid-production check to verify process compliance and early quality indicators before bulk completion.
Lab Testing Coordination
We can submit samples to accredited labs for CE, EN71, ASTM F963, or REACH testing. See our certifications.
Factory Audit Support
BSCI, SMETA, and Disney FAMA audit experience. We maintain documentation and welcome scheduled factory assessments.
Third-party inspection costs are typically borne by the buyer, but we handle all coordination and scheduling to minimize delays to your production timeline.
